Together we'll help you select the perfect plan for you and your lot. We take site configuration, topography, surrounding architecture, trees, and solar access into account and marry them your needs and our plans to optimize the project.
Our Process
Our experienced team can work with you to build one of our cottage plans on your property. The process includes analyzing your property and options per the building code, selecting the ideal plan from our portfolio, expediting permits, and managing the entire construction timeline.

Let's Meet
We take extraordinary measures to create an experience that is seamless and streamlined. Our goal is to identify the perfect project that fits your needs and budget. In our initial meeting we will get to know each other. It's important that we learn how you plan on using the space, whether it be for short- or long-term rental, a guest suite for friends and family, extra space for a home office or gym - or a combination of all of these! Likewise, it's important for you to get comfortable with us and how we build. At this meeting we will walk you through the entire process from concept to move-in.
Lots To Consider
Building codes can be confusing, including the myriad new “middle housing” options available to lot owners. At Oregon Homeworks we are experts in understanding the code and extrapolating that to what options are available for your property. This includes being able to build ADUs, cottage clusters, and plexes (2-4 units).
We Have A Plan!

What's Permitted?
Once a plan and direction are decided, we’ll work with our permit expediters to shepherd your project through the permitting process as quickly as possible. Since all of our custom plans have been previously reviewed and approved, this process will typically be much faster than the typical permit review.
Time To Build
With the plans in place and permits approved, it's time to get started with construction. Our team will work with you to choose countertops, flooring, tile work, paint colors, plumbing fixtures, and appliances from our pre-selected and negotiated options, which will make for a truly efficient process. Our job is to build it even better than you can imagine it.
You'll have ongoing communication and involvement throughout construction with job site visits, regular updates, and an online dashboard to manage decisions and track progress. You can rest assured that your project will be closely managed daily by our team.
